Each client will be assigned a teammate leader who serves as the key point of contact. This role simplifies communication and reduces confusion because the teammate leader will have no more than 8 distribution channels at any given time. The easier it is for the customer to communicate in ‘real time’ what they require to someone they know and trust, the easier it is for Endgame Real Estate Group to respond and achieve its desired signature experience.
The Teammate Leader will be required to know and understand the full breadth of the clients concerns, interests, expansion or reduction plans. They will also be integral to developing and articulating innovative business solutions for the clients real estate needs.
Endgame Senior Management will be involved (on some level) with every request for proposal and/or interview from the Endgame Real Estate Group to the client irrespective of the client wanting to list their property for sale or purchase new.
